For data intermediaries

We clean dirty data at scale. With an audit trail.

Stop turning data away. Sell more of it.

You see it every week: a company with years of records that would sell, and records too dirty to put your name on. ZH checks every record against the document it came from, inside the owner’s environment, and returns a dataset with a verdict and a receipt per record. You list it. They earn from it. Nothing passes through us or you.

560 million records of our own, cleaned this way. More than 11.6 million verification runs in production. Patent pending.

What changes for you

Three things you can’t do today

  1. Say yes to the data owners you currently decline. The fix happens on their side; you get the clean set.

  2. Put a receipt behind every record you list. Buyers can replay the check; your due diligence stops being a questionnaire.

  3. Charge more for a checked dataset than an unchecked one. Provenance is the thing your buyers are already asking about.

How it works between the three of us

The owner keeps the data. You keep the listing. We do the check.

You, the intermediary

  1. You refer a data owner whose records failed your intake.
  2. You list the checked dataset.
  3. Buyers get the receipts with the data.

The data owner

Data stays here
  1. ZH runs in the owner’s environment, on their platform or ours if they ask, against their source documents. Their data never leaves the agreed environment.
  2. Records that don’t match go back for repair, up to five passes. What can’t be repaired goes to a person at the owner with the evidence attached.
  3. The owner gets a dataset where every record carries one of eight outcomes and a signed receipt.

Brightstead

Deploys ZH into the owner’s environment.

Never holds the data and never sees it through you.

No arrow out of the owner’s column. The records stay where they are.

ZH checks provenance, not truth. A record is passed when it matches its source, and never because a model decided it looked right.

What a receipt is

What was checked, against which document, when, and by whom

Replayable: the same input returns the same verdicts.

Fictional sample values, not a real signed receipt.

Every decision is signed and logged. SHA-256 audit chain, Ed25519 signatures. Your buyer’s auditor can replay it without calling anyone.

What we built this way

We did this to our own data first

Brightstead built GrantAuthority with ZH checking every record as it loaded. Built in months.

Partnership terms, in plain language

Simple on purpose

A referral agreement

You introduce, we deploy, you’re paid on signed contracts. One set of terms for every partner.

No lock-in

No exclusivity, no white label, no minimums.

Your client is your client

We work in their environment; we don’t market to them around you.

No data in the middle

You never see their data through us, and we never see it through you.

Partnerships are subject to a separate signed referral agreement. An inquiry does not enroll you or create a payment obligation.

Tell us who you turn away

We aim to reply within two business days.

If you like dirty data, we aren’t a fit.
