Brightstead Technologies, Inc.
Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
Brightstead Technologies, Inc. (“Brightstead,” “we,” “us”) operates GetCleanData at getcleandata.com. This policy explains how we handle information from this public website and its demo request form. It does not describe the processing of customer production records under a separate pilot or services agreement.
Information we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, organization, email address, and the type of records you want to discuss. You may also provide your role, approximate record count, hosting environment, purchasing process, referral source, and a description of your project. We receive your acknowledgment of our policies and a request identifier used to prevent duplicate delivery.
Our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, request times, requested pages, and technical signals used to detect abuse and deliver the website. The site uses a browser security check on form submissions. Short-lived, hashed email and IP counters may be used to limit repeated submissions.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, arrange demonstrations, assess your project requirements, and maintain a record of our correspondence. We use technical information to deliver the site, diagnose failures, prevent spam and abuse, and protect our systems. We may also process information to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Submitting this form does not create a marketing subscription. We do not use this form to enroll you in a newsletter or advertising audience.
Who receives it
Form submissions are emailed to getcleandata@brightstead.com, a Brightstead distribution list currently delivered to Samuel Sells at sam@brightstead.com. Authorized list members may access the inquiry to respond.
We use service providers for hosting, domain and network services, security, email delivery, and business email. These include Vercel, Cloudflare where used for DNS or network services, Resend for form email delivery, and Microsoft 365 for our business mailbox. Providers receive information needed to perform their functions and handle it under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of our business subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising on this website.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not install advertising trackers or optional analytics scripts. Hosting and bot protection services may use essential cookies, browser storage, or similar technical signals to deliver and protect the site. You can control cookies and storage through your browser settings; blocking essential security functions may prevent form submission. You can always contact us by email.
Retention and security
This website does not create a customer account or a separate marketing list. Your inquiry is retained in our business email and email delivery systems for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods. You may request deletion using the contact below, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
We use HTTPS and restrict access to delivery credentials on the server. No system or transmission is completely secure. Do not submit source documents, credentials, financial account details, health information, government identifiers, or other confidential or regulated records through this public form. We will arrange an appropriate channel if a project requires sensitive information.
Your choices and rights
You may choose not to submit a form, leave optional fields blank, ask us to stop follow-up, or contact us directly. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of personal information, or a restriction or objection to certain processing. We do not use inquiry information to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Send requests to getcleandata@brightstead.com with the subject “GetCleanData privacy request.” We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with “Privacy appeal”; we will explain the result and any available complaint process. You may also contact the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.
Location, children, and other sites
Brightstead is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. This business website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request its removal.
Linked Brightstead products and third-party sites may have their own policies. Review those policies when you leave this site.
Changes and contact
We will post policy updates here with a revised effective date and provide additional notice when required. Questions about this policy may be sent to Brightstead Technologies, Inc., Austin, Texas, at getcleandata@brightstead.com.
