Brightstead Technologies, Inc.
Terms of Service
Effective November 1, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the GetCleanData public website at getcleandata.com and its inquiry form, operated by Brightstead Technologies, Inc. (“Brightstead,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or submitting a demo request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or form.
Website and demonstrations
GetCleanData introduces Brightstead's source verification technology, ZH, and allows organizations to request a discussion or demonstration. This website is not a production data processing service. Interactive examples are illustrative and use fictional records; they do not verify your documents or produce an actual audit opinion.
A demo request creates no purchase, subscription, reserved capacity, service level, deployment commitment, or obligation to provide a pilot. Pricing, scope, delivery, security requirements, data processing, and support for a paid engagement must be set out in a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the services it covers.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to submit the inquiry on its behalf. Provide accurate contact information and use the site lawfully.
Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, upload malicious material, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security controls, disrupt the site, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights. Do not submit confidential documents, credentials, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive or regulated data through the public form.
Your submissions and privacy
You retain ownership of information you provide. You give Brightstead permission to use your inquiry to evaluate and respond to your request, communicate with you, and operate and protect the website as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. A form submission does not create a confidentiality agreement or subscribe you to marketing emails.
Intellectual property
Brightstead and its licensors own the website, software, branding, text, and designs, except for third-party materials. You may view the website and share links for lawful informational and internal evaluation purposes. These Terms grant no rights to Brightstead software, patents, trade secrets, or trademarks beyond that limited use. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Accuracy and professional judgment
Verification depends on the supplied sources, rules, scope, and deployment. Website descriptions do not guarantee that every error or unsupported claim will be detected, that source documents are complete or accurate, or that a result satisfies every regulatory requirement. Historical metrics are identified by their stated dates. You remain responsible for appropriate human review and decisions affecting your organization or others. The website is not legal, financial, tax, procurement, or other professional advice.
Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its examples are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or delivery of every inquiry. If you do not receive a response, contact sam@brightstead.com.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Brightstead will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising from use of this public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your non-waivable statutory rights. A separate services agreement may provide different obligations and remedies for a paid engagement.
Links and changes
We may link to other websites for convenience. Their operators control their content and terms. We may update or discontinue website features and may restrict access for misuse or security reasons. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a revised effective date and any additional notice required by law. Changes apply prospectively; continued use after their effective date is subject to the updated Terms.
Governing law and general terms
Consistent with Brightstead's general website terms, these Terms are governed by Delaware law, without its conflict of law rules, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms govern only this public website and do not amend an existing signed agreement.
